Enfo is growing and we are looking for a UX/UI Designer with a few years of experience to join our team. You will join our hybrid remote Enfo CODE team with ongoing and new projects in Västerås, Örebro, Gothenburg or Stockholm. What are the team and the role all about?

You will join Enfo CODE, a young and expanding business unit which focuses on designing, developing, and running web-based products in the cloud. The team consists mainly of UX/UI designers and full-stack developers, working with Nordic customers in the fields of biodiversity conservation, science, education, sustainability, and much more.

As a UX/UI designer at Enfo CODE, you will work side by side with other designers and developers across multiple teams and projects, and you will never get bored! You will be a key player in the process of adding sparkles to user-centered designs, turning them into modern, visually pleasing, and customer-branded user interface designs. Together with the rest of the team, you will contribute to creating memorable digital products and experiences that customers and end-users will love. You will also help strengthen Enfo’s brand externally through collaboration with the marketing and communication department.

What we are looking for:

• Proven working experience in the fields of User Experience Design and User Interface Design
• An outstanding portfolio
• Confidence in Figma/Sketch

• Analyse and design processes and flows to ease a user’s experience of a product
• Build wireframes and detailed prototypes to visualize and test new concepts
• Act as a bridge between frontend developers and product owners, providing support in their work
• Assist a product owner in translating their needs and goals into tangible plans
• Assist a team in documenting and structuring a product backlog

• Assist in user testing
• Ability to communicate the reasoning behind your design decisions to the team and customers
• A team player and eager to learn attitude
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish
